The location was ideal and the staff was very amiable and extremely helpful during the whole stay! A prestige queen suite with an absolutely stunning view of the garden, had requested this in advance. The service was good, the breakfast was absolutely superb.

Really good Experience with Minor Hiccups
The level of service we received was top notch, always accommodating our requests. Just a note, be aware of the evening bar's transformation into a lively spot. It was quite the surprise for us!

Had breakfast every day in the suite. It was excellent. Service by everyone was impeccable. Loved the swimming pool.
The fact that in Café Antonia two men were lying on top of each other on a banquette seat and feeding each other fruit and kissing, almost eating each other. Management refused to ask them to stop saying “their hands were tied”.

The Executive Room was fine with a amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. It had everything we needed and was super comfortable-like a cozy escape. The cleanliness was great, and the bathroom was spacious and elegant. Just the right amount of luxury without feeling pretentious.

A lovely experience with extraordinary attention to detail. The executive room was beautifully designed, offering a majestic view. The dining was really good, especially the croissants at breakfast and the exquisite cured meats. The staff exuded warmth and professionalism were nice.
